Hats are great, shipping error caused delay in delivery

The hat is of great quality, but there were two tracking numbers assigned to the delivery which caused a late delivery and the inability to track the correct shipment.

Love the look, fit is good. One negative is the mesh material is a little scratchy on the back of ears. Hoping it softens up over time.

This is the second time i’ve had to buy this hat, the first time it never arrived.
